    Quality Services Moving has been providing professional moving and storage services since 1993 with a great deal of our business coming from repeat and referral customers. We have also received a large number of clients by way of referrals from leasing agents throughout the Northern Virginia area.

    To continue increasing our referral network and building mutually beneficial professional relationships, Quality Services Moving is offering commission to those leasing agents who recommend our services to their tenants.

    We know that your tenant's satisfaction is important to you, and that is why you recommend only the best service providers to assist them with their relocation needs. Quality Services Moving offers a variety of services for your clients: local and long distance moving, packing services and packing materials, and storage. We offer personalized service to accommodate even the most challenging or complex moving situations.

    Having a reputable moving company that you can refer to potential tenants makes your apartment complex more than just a place to live - it proves you provide valuable services as well. In addition, have one company continually provide moving and storage services in your complex increases the company's familiarity with your community and its policies, thus eliminating confusion on moving day.

    Quality Services will contact all referral clients within 24 hours to set up a FREE in-home or phone survey.  After the move is completed, commission will be paid based on the following scale*:

$25 for moves costing less that $1000

$50 for moves costing between $1000-$2500

For moves costing at over $2500, agent shall receive 2% of the move price

* Please note that the above stated commission prices will not be paid on packing or storage services, they only account for the dollar amount of the actual move.
