What to Expect on Your Moving Day
At Quality Services, we know that moving can be stressful on you and your family. That is why we go to such great lengths to ensure that every aspect of your move, from packing to delivery, goes as smoothly as possible. We are committed to the satisfaction of every customer, no matter how big or small the project.
Our outstanding services are provided by our clean-cut, uniformed personnel, all of whom are regular employees of our company. They are thoroughly and professionally trained in all aspects of packing and moving.
The crew will arrive promptly on the day of your move. After introductions have been made, the crew leader will perform a "walk-through" with you to match the inventory in your home with the inventory taken at the time of your estimate. Any special concerns you have will be addressed at this time.
The crew will disassemble beds and other large pieces of furniture prior to loading the truck.
All furniture will be wrapped with quilted moving blankets to ensure their safe transport. Any upholstered and/or leather pieces will be wrapped with clear stretch wrap to protect the integrity of the fabric upholstery during transport.
Prior to unloading at your new location, measures will again be taken to protect door jams, floors, and railings. Beds and other pieces will be reassembled. All boxes and furniture will be placed throughout the residence according to your direction.
